About the event

Big transitions can bring big feelings! This free, interactive one-hour mindfulness program is designed for children entering kindergarten this September—and their parents / caregivers. We kindly ask that you please do not bring siblings.

Through movement, breathing exercises, and calming activities, families will learn simple stress management tools to navigate emotions, ease worries, and build confidence for this exciting milestone. Grown-ups and children will participate side by side in a shared experience of connection and support.

This free program does not require registration—just come by! Please note that space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
