Service Description
Personalized private yoga and mindfulness sessions that help you connect mind, body and breath. Learn to slow down and bring yourself into the present moment, positively increasing the areas of attention, mental and physical health, self-awareness and self-regulation. Sessions can be virtual or in-person and can include yoga, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique, mindfulness/stress management techniques, or a combination. Each session is designed to suit the needs of the client. Choose from a 30 or 60 minute format. Prices may vary. Private sessions are available for individuals, small and large groups, including schools, businesses and corporations. For group inquires, please contact Nurtured Roots at 603-591-7484.
