While based on Boston's South Shore (Braintree MA), Nurtured Roots, LLC serves clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, New England, the Northeast, and the entire United States.

Nurtured Roots, LLC is a Greater Boston-based wellness company offering services such as, but not limited to: Reiki healing, grief support, yoga, and mindfulness. I am committed to providing services that are customizable to children and adults of all ages to help achieve the participant’s wellness goals. Services are offered 1:1, in group settings, and can effectively support wellness programs at businesses and organizations of all sizes, all of which can be conducted in-person or virtually.
