With extensive training and certifications, I provide personalized sessions to create a nurturing environment where you can find balance, inner peace, and resilience.
As a certified Reiki Master, I offer energy healing to restore balance within your body. My training as a Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and mindfulness. Additionally, as a Grief Educator, I provide compassionate support to help you navigate complex emotions and find resilience and peace.
My mission is simple: to empower people of all ages to cultivate well-being and joy through personalized guidance and practical strategies. Together, we can navigate stress, anxiety, pain, grief, and sleep issues. I also partner with organizations and communities to promote wellness initiatives that nurture a culture of thriving. My services are customizable for individuals, groups, businesses, and schools, both virtually and in-person. I work with children and adults alike.
Outside of my professional work, I'm a wife and mom to two boys. I love to relax and enjoy quiet moments, but I also find joy in being out in nature, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
