In these live, online classes, we will focus on the connection of mind and body through breath, movement and even stillness. Combining Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga, participants will build endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. These classes will also help to release blockages and increase your energy flow. No experience is necessary.
