About the event
Big Kids Yoga is perfect for children ages 5-9 years of age. Yoga keeps our bodies healthy, calms our minds, builds confidence and helps with creative thinking. Classes will have a mix of yoga poses, breathing techniques, games, mindfulness activities and more.
