About the event
Community is important now more than ever. Please join me for a community wellness check-in call on Thursday, May 14th, at 8pm. Limited to 10 participants, this free event will have us taking time to stop, center and breathe, and express our thoughts and feelings (if you choose) in a judgement-free, supportive and confidential way. Â We will also be exploring the modality of EFT, otherwise known as Emotional Freedom Tapping. Â We will end with a guided meditation. Â No experience is needed.
What is EFT? Â Â Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points to restore balance to your body's energy. Â Meridian lines are believed to connect the surface of the body with the internal organs. Â EFT uses fingertip tapping to apply pressure. Â By tapping on certain points you are accessing your body's energy and sending signals to part of the brain that controls stress and pain.
