About the event

Self-care is essential, now more than ever. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on method of healing that helps promote deep relaxation, eases stress and anxiety, helps with pain relief and muscle tension, balances the mind and body, strengthens immune systems, and so much more.    

In this workshop, you will learn about what Reiki is, how it works, as well as how to practice this healing modality on yourself. This workshop will be engaging, interactive and informative. You will be taken through a relaxing, guided meditation in the process. Plan to leave with a clear understanding of how to incorporate this natural healing method into your daily life as a practice of self-care.  

Registration and payment are required to secure a spot. The fee is $25, made payable to Jennifer Lynn via Venmo at Venmo is preferred. However, at checkout there will also be an option to pay via credit card.  Zoom login details will be sent following registration and payment. Ages 18+.
