About the event
Little Yogis Family Yoga is perfect for children ages 18 months - 5 years of age and their parent/caregiver. Yoga keeps our bodies healthy, calms our minds, builds confidence and helps with creative thinking.
Class will have a mix of yoga poses, breathing techniques, games and songs, mindfulness activities and more. Parent/guardian participation is encouraged but not expected.
Cost is $12/class. Pre-registration is required with a 24-hour notice. Minimum four participants required to run class.
Please bring a yoga mat. Extras will be available just in case.
