About the event

Each gathering includes a brief grounding practice and guided conversation around shared experiences, with space for open discussion in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Simple stress management tools will also be shared to support your well-being.


Registration Required. The program runs for four weeks and will take place on Thursdays from 10 to 10:45 AM on June 4, 11, 18, and 25. Please plan to attend all for sessions.


Registration begins on Monday, June 1 at 9:00 AM. This series is for the parents and caregivers of pre-crawling infants and those infants only. Please no siblings.
