About the event
Please join me for this online mindfulness series for children ages 8-12 years old. Students will learn and practice simple self-care strategies including breathwork, movement/stretching, and mindfulness exercises which can help in times of stress and anxiety. Children will experience a variety of stress management techniques to help them be more present and in the moment, as well as accepting and understanding of who they are and how they feel, without judgement.
No experience is necessary and adult supervision is not required. All you need is a quiet place with little to no distractions for your child to attend. Sibling discount is available. HSA/FSA payments are accepted.
