About the event
This once-a-week series offers practical tools for integrating mindfulness into your daily life, perfect for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice.
Registration is required. Please email jmontrond@weymouthclub.com for more information and to reserve your spot. (You do not need to be a Weymouth Club member.)
What you'll experience:
- Mindfulness Practices: Â Learn techniques to manage stress and stay present in everyday life.

The cost is $270 per person which covers the full series and all necessary materials.
The first session will take place on Sunday, October 13th. Please note there will be NO class on Sunday, November 10th, due to the holiday.
