About the event
Please join me for a mid-day, mid-week mindful movement break. This is free and open to all children and adults. This is particularly helpful for those that are sitting at their desks in front of a computer all day. However, everyone can benefit from a little bit of self care to help restore and recharge the mind and body. All are welcome! This will be a time to practice self care with breath work and light movement.Â
This event is being offered free of charge and will be done through FB Live beginning right at 12:15 on the Nurtured Roots FB page. Â No registration is necessary..
