When we practice mindfulness, we allow ourselves to be in the present moment, becoming aware, without judgement. Even as little as a minute of mindfulness practice, you are helping your body to relax and restore.

About the event

Whether you are working part time or full time, you are a stay-at-home parent or you are just looking to create some peace in your life, we could all use a mental break to ground and center ourselves. When we practice mindfulness, we allow ourselves to be in the present moment, becoming aware, without judgement. Even as little as a minute of mindfulness practice, you are helping your body to relax and restore.  

No experience is necessary. All you need is a comfortable and quiet space to sit with as little distractions as possible. All ages are welcome to join but this event is recommended for ages 10+.  Please feel free to share this free event with anyone you know that could benefit from self-care.
