About the event

Explore the rocky terrain of grief in a safe, supportive way. Set the stage for a new chapter as you continue your path towards emotional well-being. Each week offers a nurturing environment for individuals to explore their grief journey and find strength in community.

Week 1:  Understanding Grief

Gain insight into the grieving process and learn about the different stages of grief, while dispelling common myths and misconceptions.

Week 2:  Navigating Emotions

Explore the diverse range of emotions experienced during grief and discover effective strategies for managing and expressing these feelings.

Week 3:  Self-Care

Learn practical coping mechanisms and self-care practices to support emotional well-being throughout the grieving process.

Week 4:  Building Connections

Understand the importance of social support in grief and discover ways to build meaningful connections.

Week 5:  Finding Meaning

Explore the concept of finding meaning in loss and discover how to honor the memory of loved ones while embracing personal growth and purpose.

Week 6:  Moving Forward

Reflect on the progress made throughout the series, set intentions for the future, and celebrate personal achievements.

This next session begins June 10th. Registration is required. We will meet from 7:00-8:30 pm live via Zoom. More detailed information, including login, will be sent after registration and payment.
