Nurtured Hearts Grief Support

Grief is powerful. It is overwhelming. It has highs. It has lows. It is confusing. It is life-changing. It takes time. It doesn't choose who or where or when.

It can seem easier to ignore our thoughts and feelings because the pain is so unbearable but our path to healing (moving forward, forgiveness, whatever you seek) is so important so we can be present and be in the here and now. When we acknowledge what has happened (or is happening) and recognize our emotions, it can be a powerful step to help us begin to grow and heal our hearts. 

The goal of this monthly meetup is to provide emotional support, feelings of validation, and a general sense of community...meeting you where you are at in your grief journey.

You can share with others or sit back and take it all in. This will be a supportive, safe and  judgement-free zone for you to arrive in whatever way you need to.

There is no fee to join. Online registration is required due to privacy reasons. You will be emailed the Zoom login information with your confirmation email, as well as a reminder email one day prior. No personal information, including email address, will be shared. This also helps me to have a better sense of who this group is serving and how best to support participants.
