About the event
Vinyasa yoga focuses on the connection of breath & the continuous flow of movement. This style of yoga builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. No experience necessary. For the month of December, Vinyasa classes will be held as pop-up events and not on the regular schedule.
