Red's Good Vibes Fundraiser

Participants will be guided through a meditation focused on breath, body, and joy while also receiving flowing healing distance Reiki. These combined healing methods will allow you to deeply relax and melt away stress and discomfort, while preparing for the week ahead. The meditation will be easy to follow and suitable for all experience levels. Reiki is a powerful tool for clearing blockages and overcoming obstacles in your life. Some people feel/sense it as it is flowing through them and some do not - there is no wrong way to experience this energy.

This event is donation based and is open for anyone to participate. The event will stream live from Zoom and Facebook.  100% of the money raised will go directly to Red's Good Vibes.
