Reiki Level I Training

Reiki Level I is a practitioner's introduction to Reiki (pronounced ray-key), a gentle hands-on technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. An ancient form of Japanese healing, Reiki provides many physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits. This modality allows recipients to enter into a deep state of relaxation, which gives the mind and body the ability to naturally heal itself.

Reiki treatments are beneficial in helping to reduce stress, anxiety, pain and depression. It can also help to release past traumas and gain more clarity of mind and body. It is a natural practice that can be blended easily with a variety of other roles, including in the medical field.

In this interactive and experiential training, you will learn about Reiki and how it works, as well as how to practically apply it to your own life. Whether you are looking to learn Reiki for yourself or to help others, this training will provide you with the basic tools you need to get started.

This class consists of a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice, leaving you with a solid foundation of how this form of healing can be helpful to you and those around you.

No experience is necessary.  All are welcome.  Recommended for 18+.

Cost is $195, which includes all necessary materials and the manual “Reiki: The Healing Touch” by William Lee Rand.
