About the event
This restorative yoga practice, led by Jennifer Lynn of Nurtured Roots, will create a sense of balance, restoring your energy and preparing you for the second part of the workshop, led by Kate Dias of Beautiful Horizon – potting your own plant to take home with you.
Come ready to revive and thrive in this blend of wellness and greenery. No prior experience is required. Space is limited to 12 participants.
All you need is a yoga mat, pillow and blanket (optional). All other supplies will be provided and are included with the registration fee. Tickets are non-refundable.
