April is Stress Awareness Month which focuses on raising awareness of the negative impact that stress can have on a person physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Learn about the simple practices of mindfulness, breathwork, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a way to find peace and balance within.
Experience how to effectively acknowledge negative feelings and use these techniques to help focus on positive outcomes, including reduced stress, pain, anxiety and depression.
Open to members and non-members of the Weymouth Club. Spots are limited.
