This one-hour virtual EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping session is your chance to pause before the holiday rush and reset your energy.


Together, we’ll:

✔ Learn the basics of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and how it works

✔ Practice guided tapping sequences to ease stress, tension, and holiday-related anxiety

✔ Let go of feelings of guilt, pressure, or not being/do­ing “enough”
