About the event

Learn about breathwork, movement, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a way to "tap" into emotions and find peace and calm within.

What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?

EFT is a mind-body practice that uses "tapping" on specific areas of the body together with mindful and verbal attention to thoughts and feelings, without judgement. With EFT, we accept any and all thoughts and feelings we might be experiencing, whether pleasant or uncomfortable. The EFT process helps reset the negative and directs it into a positive. It is not to dismiss negative thoughts and feelings but to work on releasing and being more mindful, more present, and less reactive.

Why EFT?

  • assists with pain management
  • reduces stress and anxiety
  • enhances self-esteem
  • so much more!!

No experience is needed to attend this workshop.  However, it is recommended for ages 18 and up.
