Tween/Teen Yoga

This live, online class will incorporate a mix of yoga poses, breathwork and mindfulness activities. Please register no later than 3pm on the day of class to secure a spot and receive your log in information.  Class is limited to 10 participants. If possible, we will try to meet outside, socially-distanced (with an online log-in as well).

Class fee is $10, made payable via Venmo (preferred) or with a credit card with your registration.  Zoom log-in information will be sent following registration and payment.
