Classes will incorporate a mix of yoga poses, breathwork and mindfulness activities.

Cost is $12/class. Pre-registration is required with a 24-hour notice. Minimum four participants required to run the class.

Please bring a yoga mat and water. (Extra mats will be available just in case.)
