Join me for a free 30-minute virtual Yoga Nidra where you'll enjoy a guided meditation that brings the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. No movement is required. All you need is a quiet space and somewhere comfortable to lie down.
During the practice, I’ll guide you through breath awareness, body scanning, and gentle imagery that gradually lead the nervous system into a state of deep rest. Many describe it as floating between sleep and wakefulness and many find it’s the perfect way to drift more easily into sleep afterward.
