Step into the serene healing space of The Wellness Collective for a deeply immersive Yoga Nidra experience designed to calm your body and quiet your mind.
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed into this peaceful setting and invited to choose a comfortable reclining chair, each equipped with an infrared-PEMF mat that provides gentle warmth and promotes a deep sense of well-being.
Once you're settled, you'll be offered a cozy blanket, an eye pillow, and water to support your transition into relaxation. The session begins with a brief grounding practice, followed by a deeply restorative, guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra allows you to enter a state of conscious rest that supports nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and emotional healing—without any physical yoga poses.
