About Me
As a Certified Grief Educator, I provide compassionate, personalized support to help navigate emotions, process loss, and build resilience. Sessions are available:

How My Support Works
Grief looks different for everyone, and support should too. Sessions are designed to meet you, or your child/teen, where you are in the journey:

Explore: A single session to experience support, see how guidance works, and identify next steps

Discover: Short-term package (3 sessions) to begin processing grief, learn coping tools, and gain clarity

Grow: Extended package (6 sessions) for deeper emotional processing, building resilience, and consistent guidance
Who This Support Is For

Children (6–12): Gentle, age-appropriate support to explore feelings and build emotional awareness

Teens (13–17): Space to express emotions, process grief, and practice coping skills
-
Adults (18+): Guidance to navigate loss, manage emotions, and integrate practical tools into daily life
Session Details

Length: 30 min for children, 45 min for teens, 60 min for adults

Format: Virtual or in-person

Intro Call: Complimentary 15-minute call before the first session to discuss needs and tailor support

Payment: HSA/FSA eligible; packages require full payment before the first session. For 6-session packages, installment options are available. Please e-mail to arrange
