The 90-minute Reiki Reset for Grief offers extra time and space to be gently supported through loss, while experiencing the healing benefits of Reiki. Grief isn't only about losing someone we love. It can come with any big life change, like a divorce, a move, a health diagnosis, a career shift, or the end of a chapter you didn't expect. Each session is a mix of conversation, Reiki healing, and reflection. We'll start with time to talk about what's going on, whether it's a recent loss or something you've been holding for years. Talking through what we carry can help lighten the load and make space for healing. From there, we'll move into a calming Reiki session to help ease emotional and physical tension, support rest, and help you feel more grounded. We'll close with time for reflection and exploration, and may explore simple practices to support you along the way. HSA/FSA payments are accepted.
