Service Description
Personalized, private sessions designed to help children and teens develop practical tools for grounding, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Activities are age-appropriate and may include guided breathing, visualization, mindful movement, and other strategies tailored to each child’s needs. Sessions take place in a safe, non-judgmental space where children can explore their feelings and build mindfulness skills. These sessions help children and teens build emotional awareness and self-regulation, develop practical coping strategies for stress or strong emotions, enhance focus and concentration, and establish mindful habits for daily life. This helps in supporting resilience, confidence, and overall emotional balance.
