About the event

April is National Stress Awareness Month where awareness is raised about the negative impact of stress.  Join owner of Nurtured Roots, Jennifer Lynn, for a mindful afternoon filled with gentle movement and mindfulness, connection and education. Learn and practice simple strategies to help you in stressful times, all in an effort to be more mindful and present in our daily lives.

Suitable for all abilities. No experience is needed. There is no fee to attend but registration is required. This program is geared for children ages 8-12 and their parents/caregivers. This is not a drop off event. An adult must stay present with their child.
