Hi! I'm Jennifer. I created the Mindful Women’s Circle because it’s the kind of space I was looking for myself: calm, intentional, and supportive. A place to slow down, check in, and be in conversation with other women without pressure to perform, explain, or fix anything.

If you’ve been longing for something similar, a place to truly pause and breathe deeply, you’re in the right place.

Who This is For

This membership is for women who are looking for a low-key, supportive place to slow down and come back to themselves.

It’s a space for women, including moms, caregivers, professionals, and business owners, who feel busy, stretched, or carrying a lot emotionally or mentally.

 

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Want time intentionally set aside to pause, reflect, and breathe, while learning simple tools to support stress and emotional well-being

  • Value meaningful connection and being in conversation with other women

  • Appreciate gentle structure and consistency, with supportive accountability, without overwhelm

 

You don’t need to have anything figured out to join. What matters most is a desire for intentional living, meaningful connection, and an openness to show up just as you are. There is no pressure or judgment to do it “right.”

How The Membership Works

The Mindful Women’s Circle is a virtual membership designed to fit into real life.

Once a month, we gather live for a guided 90-minute session that includes grounding, gentle guidance, and open conversation. Each gathering offers simple, practical takeaways you can carry into your daily life.

 

Between gatherings, members have access to a private online space for continued connection, shared reflections, and additional resources.

 

There is no pressure to attend every session or participate in any specific way. You’re welcome to join live when you can and engage with the group in the way that feels supportive for you.
