Connect mind, body and breath with yoga and mindfulness. Learn to slow down and bring yourself into the present moment. Doing this can lead to a positive increase in the areas of attention, mental and physical health, self-awareness and self-regulation, as well as social-emotional development, particularly for children.

I work with children and adults, ranging from 6 weeks old up through adults, in a variety of Greater Boston and South Shore MA settings including, but not limited to, yoga studios, dance studios, daycare centers, libraries, schools, businesses and corporations, or in-home. All services can be done virtually or in-person and are designed to fit your needs.
